Aiki Ryu Ju Jitsu was established in 1999 by the Founder and First Generation Head Master - Soke Darel E. Chase. The system is fully recognized and accredited by the Kokusai Aikijitsu Kai Renmei - Tokyo, Japan, as well as many other prominent Martial Arts organizations and associations.
Aiki Ryu Ju Jitsu utilizes the traditional techniques of Aiki Jujitsu, such as Ukemi Waza, Uke Waza, Tsuki Waza, Yawara, Kensetsu Waza, Nage Waza, Shime Waza, Geri Waza, Atemi Waza and Kyusho Waza, yet is demonstrated in an efficient and applicable manner for today's violent environment.
Dr. Darel E. Chase
Is the Founder and First Generation Head Master of Aiki Ryu Ju Jitsu. Currently, Soke Chase holds Black Belt Certifications in the arts of Aiki Jujitsu, Goshin Jujitsu, Karate and Tae Kwon Do. He is a published writer and gifted orator. Soke Chase has earned academic degrees in Theology, Ministry and Biology. In 2002, Soke Chase was a recipient of the (Honorary) Doctor of Budo, confered by the American College of Martial Science. In addition, Soke Chase is also a Certified Oriental Massage Therapist, Sport Nutrition Consultant and Personal Trainer.
